About project

The facade of St Thomas à Becket Catholic Secondary main school building has been transformed through the installation of new rainscreen cladding and double glazed windows. The existing concrete cladding has been completely revitalised through the use of timber effect rainscreen cladding panels which have been installed in a ‘random’ pattern to create the appearance of timber cladding.

The before and after photos demonstrate the huge difference external refurbishment can make to the overall appearance of a building, whilst also extending the longevity of the structure.
